Another coffee themed entry for the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop Spring/Summer 2020. The full details are on their website

I am really pleased with how this card turned out, I was a little concerned that the brown background may be too much but I love it. It reminds me of my best friend who I can not wait to see when lockdown is over! She always brings me caramel lattes when she visits and we put the world to rights over steaming mugs of coffee.

Distress Ink in Antique Linen, Faded Jeans, Brushed Corduroy and Gathered Twigs

Instructions

I begun by stamping the takeaway coffee mug onto a piece of card.

Using the coffee bean stencil and distress ink in brushed corduroy I blended over the stamped image 

The image was fussy cut out 

And the cup was stamped again along with the cup holder, both in black ink.

This was blended over using distress ink in faded Jeans 

The cup holder was fussy cut out and the lid of the cup was die cut out with the corresponding die. These were stuck on using foam squares

The largest luggage tag nesting die was cut out on white card stock and blended using distress ink in antique linen 

A white scallop edged square card base was blended using gathered twigs distress ink

The small heart die in the coffee break set was used to.die cut some paper stock which had been blended with faded Jeans distress ink

These were glued into 2 corners and a sentiment was stamped onto.the card base

The takeaway coffee mug was glued into the centre of the luggage tag and the tag was stamped with 'happiness is'

This is then glued onto the card base
