What you will need
1 piece of card stock
1 piece of patterned paper
Stamping set of your choice
Colouring equipment of your choice
Double sided tape
Torn Rectangle Nesting dies
Die Cutting Machine
Gold Ink Pad
Blending Tool
Small bow for embellishment
Instructions
Fold a piece of A4 card stock in half and secure the largest torn rectangle die with the lip handing over the folded edge. I secured mine with washi tape to.prevent it from moving in the die cut machine
Using the same sized die I then cut a piece of patterned paper and secured this to the front of the card base with double sided tape
Using the next size down torn rectangle die I cut another piece of the plain card, using the left overs from the original piece of A4. This was then secured onto the front with double sided tape.
Stamp and colour your image. For the video.tutorial I used the Afternoon Tea collection from Daisy Mae Designs which is available here
I chose to colour using spectrum Noir Tri-blend pens. I then masked the stamp and inked the background using a gold ink pad and blending tool. A separate blog post on masking is available here, with a video tutorial here.
Using the smaller of the 2 nesting dies already used I then cut out the stamped image. Paying attention to ensure that the image would be straight when I placed the cut out on an angle. See picture below
Once cut out I stamped a sentiment
The card was then embellished with a gold gold bow
