Bee Safe Stay Home

This cute digi stamp is free from Clearly Besotted. My little girl helped me to make this creation and can be seen on the YouTube video having her first play with distress inks. I hope she enjoyed it as much as I did, it was lovely having se quality time together that does not involve me trying to get her to do some school work or learn her time tables.

A full tutorial is available on my YouTube channel Mrs H's Crafty Corner

I have entered this into the Daring Card Makers Challenge

Supplies Used

1 A6 Pre Cut White Card Base
Clearly Besotted Bee Safe, Stay Home Digi Stamp
Spectrum Noir Tri-blend Alcohol Markers
Distress Ink in Spiced Marmalade and Abandoned Coral
Distressed Trellis Stencil by Polkadoodles
Blending Tool
Homemade Circle Stencil

Using a circle die, a circle was cut from a laminating pouch and used as a stencil.

This was blended with Spiced Marmalade distress ink

The distressed trellis stencil by Polkadoodles was laid over the top and distressed with abandoned coral ink

The digi stamp was coloured and fussy cut of and glued into the coloured background.
The sentiment was cut into a rectangle by hand and the corners were rounded with a corner punch. This was brushed with Abandoned coral and glued to the bottom left of the card along with the second bee.

Due to the intricate nature of the stamp I ended up cutting the bees legs off when I cut it out so these were drawn on with a fine liner.
