Otterly Fabulous

I have been eyeing up the Otterly love stamp set by my favourite things on instagram for some time so when I saw that Craftstash was selling a similar one by Creative Stamps called Otterly Fabulous, I just had to have my own piece of that cuteness.

There is a full video walk through on my YouTube Channel Mrs H's Crafty Corner

Supplies Used

1 Piece of A4 card in pale blue
1 Piece of White Card
Otterly Fabulous Stamp Set by Creative Stamps
Heavenly Circles Stencil by Polkadoodles
Cloudy Landscape Stencil by Polkadoodles
Spectrum Noir Finesse Ink Pad in Rustic Brown
Spectrum Noir Harmony Ink Pad in Smoked Pearl
Distress Ink In Faded Jeans, Mermaid Lagoon, Broken China
Spectrum Noir Tri Blend Markers
Glue

Instructions

I begun by using washi tape to mask either side of my white card

Blend the bottom quarter of the card with  in Mermaid Lagoon Distress Ink

Using the heavenly circles stencil, stencil over the already blue part of the card in Faded Jeans distress ink

Ink the white part of the card using broken china distress ink

Using the cloudy landscape stencil go over it again in the broken china distress ink

Remove the washi tape and stamp.and colour the seaweed so that it is going between the blue and into the white border on both sides

I stamped the otters, coloured them using Tri-blend markers and fussy cut them out, glueing them to the scene

Cut a piece of pale blue card 9 Inches by 6 1/2 Inches and score at 4.5. Using double sided tape glue the scene to the card, with the fold at the top

Using the sentiment 'Have an otterly fabulous birthday' I stamped in the sky using Spectrum Noir ink in smoked Pearl
