Our design brief for this weeks challenge was a summery fun card using an animal image and a specific colour palette.
For the image I used the Horace and Boo Sleepy Pots digital stamp. My Inspiration came from chasing our naughty puppy out of the strawberry planters my daughter had lovingly maintained during lockdown. Our 4 legged furry friend ate every last piece of fruit, which of course was met by sobs from Martha.
He them climbed into the flower bed and went to sleep in the sun without a care in the world, leaving me to make a mad dash to the local shop for strawberries to try an ease the tears!
This is a top fold card and I have created a template for the plant pot. It is available here as a PDF. Feel free to use it but please don't share it, direct people here for it to access it for themselves. The more traffic I get the better :)

Mint, pale pink and coral paper
Beige a4 card

Polkadoodles Sparkle collection sentiments (I purchased it as part of this collection but the sentiments can be purchased separately here)
Distress ink in tattered rose
Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers
Using the flowerpot template the shape was cut in the beige A4 card
The sleepypots image was printed and coloured using Spectrum Noir markers
The image was glued onto the flower pot
I die cut a number of flowers in a mixture of greens, pinks and corals and glued them together each with a sequin centre. These were arranged around the image
The sentiment was die cut and blended using distress ink in tattered rose
And was glued onto a larger nested piece of mint green card. This was then added to the front of the flower pot.
