Greeting Card Alphabears

I have seen a number of images like this on crop up on Instagram over the course of the last few months which have all used clear stamps. I had planned to save and get a set on my next pay day. However due to the success I have recently had with digital stamps when I came across this set by Lili of the Valley on Etsy I just had to have it. I especially like the fact that now I have formatted this I have been able to save it and so it will literally take 2 minutes to print next time. Of course I love the feel of the acrylic stamp in the stamp press but digital stamps do have some advantages. I like the fact I can resize and do not have to worry about storage.

There is a video on my YouTube Channel Mrs H's Crafty Corner

Supplies Used
Lili of the Valley Digital Stamp in Alphabears
Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers
White Card for Printing
Distress Ink in Salty Ocean, Broken China and Peacock Feathers
4 clear gems
2 glue gems
A6 Card Base in White

I resized and formatted the bears to fit them onto my card base and printed this. These were coloured using a mixture of spectrum Noir Tri blend markers and illustrators. I then printed the bears again on copy paper, fussy cut them out and masked the original bears. I blended over them using the 3 distress inks.

These were cut to 8 8/4 by 2 1/4 Inches and glued onto the A6 card base which had been scored, folded and burnished at the half way point.

In the two top corners I glued 2 clear gems and a glue gem in each
