Greeting Card Knitting Mice

I came across the digital stamp for this handmade card, while trying to find some inspiration for my mums 60th birthday card. I still have no idea what I am going to make but have made this in the mean time. Anybody else get like that for an important birthday?

There is a video on my YouTube Channel Mrs H's Crafty Corner

Card Making Supplies

Knitting Mice from Di's Digital Stamps
Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers
Patterned Paper Pad from Athens Works
Green Ribbon
Scrap of Green Paper
Scrap of Pink Paper
A6 Cream Card Base
3 Wooden Buttons
Torn Oval Nesting Die by Gemini

Instructions

The Digital stamp was printed, coloured and cut out using a torn circle nesting die
The scrap of green paper was cut using the next size up nesting die
These were glued together

The plain pink paper was cut to 4 Inch by 5 3/4 Inch.
The patterned paper was cut to 3 3/4 Inch by 5 1/2 Inch
These were both mounted together onto the card base.

A strip of green ribbon was added just under the top fold.

The image was then glued on the front of the card

A bow and 3 wooden buttons were adhered onto the ribbon with the hot glue gun

  6. A super card Claire, such a fun image and great colouring.
I really struggle with cards for close family and friends - they take me much longer to create that any other cards!
