Greeting Card Sparkle On Film

Sparkle really has that wow factors and I love the entire collection. I am very new to
digi stamps and how to re size and format them to be exactly where I want them.

Nicky from Polkadoodles does some great videos and I have found a brilliant downloadable guide with my monthly class from Kit and Clowder

This card was born purely by trying to edit and figure out what the heck I was actually doing when it comes to digital stamps. But I have to be honest and say I absolutely love the result.

I have made a video showing how I have put the card together put have not videoed how I edited the stamps. It was incredibly easy though and I am amazed that I thought it would be so hard and that I avoided them for so long. I use no special software, literally just Microsoft word

The video is available on my YouTube Channel Mrs H's Crafty Corner

Supplies Used
Polkadoodles Sparkles Digi Stamps in Ice Cream Days, Hello and Camera Shy
Polkadoodles Sparkles Accessories Camera Roll
Spectrum Noir Alcohol Markers
White Card For Printing
Liquid Glue
Pink Glitter
Distress Ink in Peacock Feathers, Wilted Violet and Picked Raspberry
The Star overlay was made with the scan and cut but can easily be made with a die cutting machine and a star die

I formatted the digital stamps I had chosen using the Microsoft word programme. These were then printed on white card and coloured a Mixture of Spectrum Noir Illustrators and Tri-blend alcohol markers. I do have the cut file for this collection but didn’t quite feel brave enough to attempt to use this with the scan and cut today. I felt I may be pushing my luck slightly since the digital editing had gone so perfectly. I therefore just cut around the film strip by hand

The Star overlay was made with the scan and cut but can easily be made with a die cutting machine and a star die

A piece of White A4 Card was cut to 5 6/8 Inch and scored at 5 3/4 Inch. This was blended with picked raspberry and wilted violet

The white star card was blended in Peacock Feathers

And adhered to the front of the card base

The film strip was glued at an angle and the bottom cut inline with the card base

The 2 large stars were smeared with liquid glue and pink glitter was sprinkled on them. The excess was tapped off

I am entering this into the following
