But I finally opened the box and created this.
There is a video on my YouTube channel but be warned it is a slightly longer one than usual as it took quite a while to create. Mrs H's Crafty Corner

Distress Ink in Antique Linen, Brushed Corduroy and Frayed Burlap
Embossing Ink Pad
Plain Acatate
Glitter
5 sheets of A6 white card
Instructions
I cut 7 guitars out in white card all with the middle also cut out and glued these one on top of the other to give me dimension.
One further guitar with the middle missing was cut in the wood paper
A guitar outline with the middle intact was cut from a piece of patterned paper
A guitar was cut from acatate and glued onto the white pile of guitars. The wood coloured one was then glued on top of this and left to dry.
2 pieces of card 2 Inch by 5 3/4 Inch were blended with antique Linen distress ink and embossed with the sheet music from the box. Once embossed I rubbed the tan ink pad over the raised areas.
On white A6 card base I trimmed the width to 5 1/2 and scored it at 2 Inch on the long edge. This was folded and burnished.
Onto this flap one of the embossed pieces of sheet music was glued.
A piece of white card meassuring 3 inch by 5 inch was heat embossed with the music notes in the hold embossing powder that was in the box. This was then blended in brushed corduroy distress ink. The second piece of embossed music was glued onto the lower half of this panel.
A piece of the floral patterned paper was cut to 5 1/4 by 6 3/4 and heat embossed with happy birthday.
The inside of the base was distressed with Frayed burlap and the patterned paper boasted with happy birthday was glued on top
The guitar was filled with the treble clef confetti and glitter and sealed with the guitar shaped floral patterened paper.
This was glued with onto the top flap and the bottom piece of sheet music
