Handmade Card Halloween

Autumn is my favourite season, the colours, the crisp mornings, the darker evenings. I love running through the woods as the leaves are changing colours and mother nature is slowing down. But that can only mean one thing. It's nearly Halloween. As kids we never really celebrated like they do today. We will decorate the house and my 2 will go out trick or treating. Martha normally manages about 10 minutes before she is frightened and wants to come home. She gets much more joy from handing the sweets out at the door.

Cardmaking Tutorial

The images were coloured as part of my 30 day daily marker Challenge and were die cut out

The background was blended using the distress ink and the stencil

The scalloped frame was cut from green card and glued over the background

The images were then arranged on the front as the picture below shows.

The green card from the middle.of the scallop frame was heat embossed with the sentiment and used as the card insert

Did you use a brush or sponge? Now I'm going to nose around a bit and then check out your You Tube Channel. I'm following you now. Debi
