Bee My Honey

I have a work colleague who is made about bees, she has even had a living roof put on her garage and throwns bee attracting seeds onto it for wild flowers. So this card was created with her in mind

Card Making Tutorial

I begun by die cutting a rectangle of white card and wiping distress inks down the card, the colours used were Fossilised Amber, Gathered Twig and Dried Marigold

The honeycomb stamp was stamped directly on top of this using spectrum Noir finesse in Rustic brown. This was then cut out using the wonky square die

The scalloped card base was blended in mustard seed distress ink

Small bee embellishments were spotted onto the card panel and it was adhered to the scalloped card base

The bee was stamped, coloured and fussy cut out then adhered with foam squares. The card was finished with a couple of clear sequins and a few Nuvo Drops
