sweetie pie

I really wanted to make this a soft card and I was disappointed to find that the backing paper I thought I had that would of worked perfectly I had used up except for a tiny scrap. So I figured I could make my own.

There is of course a video on my YouTube Channel Mrs H's Crafty Corner

Card Making Tutorial

I begun by cutting a rectangle using the nesting die and stamping the small images from the stamp set. I masked these and blended tattered rose over the top and antique linen around the edges.

Using the middle from the scalloped edge die I blended frayed burlap and heat embossed my sentiment.
The images were adhered onto this piece and then glued onto the backing paper.

This was glued onto the base and finished with a mixture of nuvo drops and dew drops
