Polkadoodles New Release Poinsettia

Another card using the poinsettia stamp set from the new releases at Polkadoodles
I was a little concerned that the background stamping would make the card too busy but I think it actually gives a fabulous result
There is a video on my YouTube Channel Mrs H's Crafty Corner

Card Making Tutorial

I created my background by stamping the holly stamps a number of times and cut this out with a stitched rectangle nesting die

Using the Polkadoodles oval die I cut a piece of green card and adhered hessian ribbon across the middle

The sentiment was cut using a torn oval nesting die

It was them blended in Antique linen and adhered onto the ribbon

Sprigs of holly were arranged above this

And the poinsettias were adhered under it. The mistletoe belies on the background were then filled in in silver Moonlight Nuvo drops. These were also scattered onto the background of the green card

The berries were coloured with a mixed of the red Nuvo drops

The background was then dotted with the green Nuvo drops

This panel was adhered onto a A5 Card base.
