Creating a background fit for a princess

When I was a little girl my favourite disney princess was always Belle and this Polkadoodles image reminds me of her so much I coloured her up in the same style.

I wanted her to make a grand entrance and so created her a staircase to lead her down into the grand hall

There is a video showing how I created the staircase on my YouTube channel Mrs H's Crafty Corner

Card Making Tutorial

I begun by sketching myself a staircase

This was coloured with

Stairs BG10, BG7, BG5, BG4, BG3, BG2, BG1
Stairs EB8, TN9, TN7, TN5, TN3
Walls DG1, DG2
Floor Stones IG10, IG5, IG2, IG1

The princess was printed, coloured and cut using the scan n cut.

The staircase image was trimmed with the deckle

The sentiment heat embossed and the panel adhered onto an A5 card base

The princess was added and tiny gems finish the walls
