When I got ill I lost alot of my energy levels and they have never returned to where they were. I still do alot of jobs around the house but have to write days off afterwards. Before I got ill I would lay flooring, paint, lay patios I would try anything and learnt most things off of YouTube. I laid a shed base last week and then was totally wiped out of energy for 3 days (I will never learn)

Anyway I digress, my brother goes mad at me now and offers to do things for me but he has a young family and if my illness taught me one thing it is that time is precious. He should not be spending it doing my home improvements.

I had a new banister to fit in the garage and when we went on holiday in the summer when we came home he had been and done it all for me. I love my hubbie greatly but DIY brings him out in a cold sweat!

Happy birthday was heat embossed a number of times on the A5 card panel.in white and how old in silver.

Uncle was heat embossed in blue in the bottom right corner

The card base was masked and blended with the distress oxide

Luka was added with foam squares

The panel was finished with Nuvo drops
