Card Making Tutorial
I begun by heat embossing the 3 glasses using the black embossing powder
These were masked and the blistering blizard stencil was used over the top using the chipped sapphire.
The bottom of the card was masked and a panel blended in Wilted Violet
The sentiment was stamped and the panel was finished with black sequins
The panel was finiahed with the scalloped edhe frame and adheewd onto a card base.
The fluid in the glasses were then coloured
