Auto Immune Awareness Hop

I am honoured to be asked to participate in a YouTube and Instagram hop to promote Auto Immune Diseases. I do not have lived experience of this but living with no thyroid does mean that I have a little insight into chronic illness and how you just wish your body would participate as you want it too. Individuals who suffer from autoimmune diseases really are warriors 

Different Autoimmune diseases are represented by different colours of the rainbow. I therefore felt it appropriate to cover all as it is such an umbrella term

Time For Tea Designs Nesting Plate Die
Foam Squares

Card Making Tutorial 

Using the rainbow coloured card I cut the frames with the nesting plate die
These were adhered onto a A6 card base alternating the dimension between the colours with foam tape versus double sided tape 

The sentiment was heat embossed in white and then trimmed into separate banners. The corners were rounded and it was adhered across the card

The card was finished with silver sequins
