One of the design team for Time For Tea Designs used this cover plate with rainbow colours behind it and it looked amazing so decided to give it a go

Card Making Tutorial
I begun by blending the distress oxides
The cover plate cut cut into white card and adhered onto the blended background
I stamped and coloured by image using the following blends
Balloon BT7, BT5, BT3, CT4, CT3, CT1
Basket MB4, MB2, MB1, PL5, PL2, PL1
Critter in basket GB4, GB2, GB1
Critter hanging onto basket BG6, BG3, BG2
The sentiment was heat embossed onto black card and die cut with a banner die. These were adhered onto the panel and this was glued onto an A6 Card base
