happy anniversay

My mum asked me to make an anniversary card for dad as they have been married 40 years. I had so many ideas I struggled to pin any down and for the first time ever really felt like I had lost my mojo

There is a video on my YouTube Channel Mrs H's Crafty Corner

Card Making Tutorial

The trellis and the shadow for the sentiment were cut from the silver card

The torn oval and the happy anniversary were cut in black

The sentiment was adhered together

Before being assembled

A piece of black card was cut with the heart die and the champagne glasses were heat embossed onto this

The champagne bottle was then heat embossed and fussy cut out

A larger heart was cut in silver and the 2 adhered together

The champagne bottle was added with foam squares

The husband sentiment was die cut in the same way as the happy anniversary and added to the sentiment banner

A sheet of A4 Card was folded to create an A5 card base and the parchment was adhered

The sentiment and heart were added

The card was then finished with heart sequins
