Spooky Forest

Autumn is on the way and that can only mean one thing. Halloween!! I adapted one pf Sandy Allnocks tutorials to create a spooky forest in shades of grey

Hardworking Dad

I always struggle for ideas for masculaine stamps and especially when it is fir my husband and my dad. Here is one of the cards for my husband for the kids for Fathers Day

thanks teacher

Well we have somehow made it to the end of another very strange school year but time to thank the amazing individuals that have engaged my volatile daughter for the last 12 months. This is my entry into the Instagram Summer Hop for this week as to me the end of the school year always signifies summer

woodland cuddle

Nothing like a hug in the woods, quite novel considering we have not been allowed to hug for so long

Anniversary

It was our Wedding Anniversary in April, we have been married 13 years. I intended to make a pop up box card but that evolved into a different card somewhere along the way so here is the anniversary card I ended up making

Happy campers

So I have been going through my stamps to see what need a little more love and this stamp set sure is one of those.

No line colouring

After watching a YouTube video by Mindy Baxter of My Creative Scoop who does the most amazing things with her Copic markers I was inspired to attempt a no lines colouring card

Best Teacher

One of the things that drew me to the Creating Chemistry set was its versatility it was suitable for valentines day, graduation and teacher. This year I am getting ahead of the game and have started the thank you teachers cards. I feel they have done amazingly in these strange times. My daughters teacher is teaching and holding online lessons while addressing the mental health needs of this very young population during times of uncertainty

Mirror Image Stamping

I have seen so many people take about mirror image stamping but I thought it would be so difficult, let me reassure you it is easy!! Stamp your image onto a silicone mat, lay paper over top and apply pressure. Finished

Rocker Card Wet Noses and Sloppy Kisses

Another card made with the adorable Wet Noses and Sloppy Kisses Sytamp Set from Sassy and Crafty

Treat box

Something a little different today. A little treat box to hold love heart sweets, a perfect token gift for Valentines Day

Cupid

Love is certainly in the air, This adorable stamp set was a free gift from Clearly Besotted and I am really pleased with how they turned out.

Grumpy Cats

I just love their expressions. They make me laugh with their 'yes' whatever looks. They have the same expression that my daughter often gives me. I have no idea where she might get it from...

Clearly Besotted Gnome One Like You

I popped to the local garden centre the other day and discovered that they have a huge crafting section, so bought some Cosmic Shimmer Sparkle Texture Paste. first time for everything. I love how they made the cloud all sparkley without the mess that comes with glitter

Cuddle Buddies

I think we are all in need of a hug at the moment aren't we? This card is perfect to send to that friend that you are missing greatly because of the current pandemic

Clearly Besotted Creating Chemistry

This adorable little set comes with some fabulous sentiments and so is not only suitable for valentines day, but for teachers and graduates too

Purfect

My no spend January went so well I lasted until 8pm on the 1st!!! Then cracked and purchased the entire January release from Clearly Besotted.
