Hello Bluebird Storybook Friends

As you can tell I have been rummaging in my Hello Bluebird box and I found this one called Storybook Friends. It comes with the background stamp and I have to be very honest and say I have never inked it up. The reason was that I was never confident enough in my ability to colour it up. Well that had to change...

Hello Bluebird Garden Party

I am guilty of owning LOTS of christmas stamps. But what if we can make our normal stamps Christmassy without much effort? For this I used my Hello Bluebird Garden Party Stamp and die set and coloured my birds as Robins added a little snow and well here you go....

Hello Bluebird Fairy Garden

I had totally forgotten about this box of Hello Bluebird Stamps and dies I got months ago, long before blogging had even been considered. They cost me a fortune due to this shipping so I am a little cross at myself for neglecting them.
My cards have advanced so much I really do not want to show you my first attempts with them, which properly accounts for why they wee sat unloved and forgotten about.

So here is a creation worthy of their beauty...

Night Time Critters

I had coloured and die cut these adorable little creatures out for my autumn card the other day. The link can be found here. But it was way too busy so they have been sat unloved on my desk and need a card all for themselves

There is a video on my YouTube Channel Mrs H's Crafty Corner

Card Making Supplies
Grey card
Green card base
Hello Bluebird Leaf Play Stamp and Die Set
Distress Ink in Chipped Sapphire, Salty Ocean and Broken China
Circle Die
Versamark Ink
Nuvo Drops in Silver Moonlight and Oyster Grey
Wow Embossing Powder in Blue Glitz
White Acrylic Paint

Card Making Tutorial

The images were stamped, coloured and die cut.

Using a circle stencil I blended the inks in an ombre effect, sprayed with water and splattered with watered down white acrylic paint.

I managed to smudge the edge of the circle onto the card base.
This was fixed by using a nesting die on a piece of grey card to create an overlay.

The images were adhered using double sided tape. The sentiment was heat embossed and the card finished with Nuvo drops.

The panel was then adhered onto the cream card base
