Magengo Free Pizza

We LOVE pizza in our house. We spent along long time with out it as Martha had a milk protein allergy and after my cancer surgery I struggled to swallow certain foods, base base being one of them. I can manage a thin base now but I have to chew it for ages. I can not manage bread through so pizza is an achievement.

No video today I am afraid. It has been half term so things have been a little hectic

Magengo Say Cheese

This is a new company I had not heard of before but the fabulous Vicki over at Vics Crafts is on their design team so I popped over to Etsy for a quick look and oh my! My basket was full before I had chance to say digital stamp.

The digital stamps also come with the SVG file and I spent absolutely ages lining this up with the image I had printed and was starting to loose my patience. When it dawned on me I didn't even need the SVG as I have a scan and cut. Scanned my images and was finished within 3 minutes. Talk about trying to complicate things.

There is a video on my YouTube Channel Mrs H's Crafty Corner

Card Making Supplies

No more cheese digital stamp and SVG file from Magengo Designs
Spectrum Noir alcohol markers
Distress Ink in Frayed Corduroy, Spiced Marmalade and Mustard Seed
Circle Nesting Die
Heffy Doodle Stitched Slimline Trio Die
Slim line Kraft Card Base
Glossy Accents
Nuvo drops in Auburn Pearl

Card Making Tutorial

The images were printed, coloured and eventually cut using the scan n cut machine

A piece of white card was cut with a stitched slim line die and blended with the distress inks

The distress ink was blended in Spiced marmalade and then mustard seed with Frayed corduroy around the edges

Using a circle nesting die I cut our 4 holes to give the impression of cheese

This was adhered onto a slim line card base

And the images arranged

The sentiments were trimmed by hand and the corners rounded before being blended in mustard seed distress ink

These were adhered with foam squares

Nuvo drops were added

And the glass on the lantern and the lens on the camera were finished with glossy accents
