I applied the rules I learnt about colouring fur in the June class by Kit and Clowder to attempt to make the hedgehog look spikey and I think it worked. I got to use my Speckled egg distress ink for the first time too!!
There is a video on my YouTube channel Mrs H's Crafty Corner
Supplies Used
Earlie digital stamp from the fuzzypuff range at Polkadoodles
White pre cut scalloped card base
Blue polka dot card from hunkydory
Distress ink in speckled egg
Sentiment from English rose layering stamp- have a wonderful day
Just for you sentiment
Polkadoodles snow stencil
Spectrum Noir alcohol markers
Spectrum Noir Midas Ink in Silver
Instructions
The hedgehog was printed and coloured using the alcohol markers
This was trimmed to 4 1/2 inch by 4 1/2 and the blue polka dot card was trimmed to 4 3/4 by 4 3/4 Inch.
The sentiment was stamped using speckled egg distress ink then heat embossed in snowflake tinsel
Over the top right corner I used the snow stencil and the distress ink.
The blue card was glued behind the image and this was glued to the scalloped card base
A piece of pink paper was glued inside which measured 4 1/4 by 4 1/4 Inch and the sentiment was stamped in Silver
I have entered this into CAS challenge
