We had a period where we had to watch the trolls on a near daily basis and this little creature reminds me of Princess Poppy. For those that do not have young children please do not worry you are not missing out...

Picnic bears

I do love a picnic and can not wait for this clod weather to be over so that we can go on a picnic again. It is half term here in England and we would normally be on holiday, we often go up to Scotland and last year went half the week in Edinbourgh, having picnics in the cold while seeing the sights. How I wish this was possible now.

So Amy from A Crafty Purple Frog has released her own stamp range, they feature British Wildlife and are fabulous. Every time I place an order (she is my go to for the greeting farm) she places a little freebie in the envelope too, so I thought it would be nice to send her a little congratulations card

Momento Dew Drops in Lilac Posies

Card Making Tutorial

I begun by cutting a circle out of purple card to create my rocker card base. A piece of white card was then cut into a semi circle

Using the stencil and all the distress oxides except the seedless preserve I inked the card

The small stamps from the set where stamped with the memento dew drops

Using the circle dies I cut a piece of alcohol friendly paper and using the seedless preserve and the stencil inked the bottom

The images were stamped and coloured with alcohol markers. The sentiments were stamped onto here

This was then adhered onto a piece of blue card which had been cut into a larger circle. There were adhered together and finished with clear drops and nuvo drops.

Miss your face

So I have had this stamp set in my basket at least 3 times before I finally purchased it. I love the little painting cats and the sentiment is perfect.

I think lockdown may be starting to get to us all, my dad has had to come and help get the patio back down after they had plumbed in the garden room as it was dangerous with the dog and the kids. We did not have an option as could not afford to pay anyone. He stayed in the garden the whole time though and it was awful because by mum could not come too. If felt ridiculous the 3 of us in the garden in face masks. Even when you do see people you forget what they look like without a mask on

Lift The Flap

I can not begin to explain how excited I was when I saw that Time for Tea Designs were releasing a Slimline Lift the Flap die, I knew it would have to be in my collection ASAP. I love interactive and this is the ultimate easy interactive card

Heart new arrival

My baby days are over so I literally  can not wait to hold my Brother and Sister In Laws baby. Lockdown means we are missing out on so much. Baby snuggles are just one. He has arrived and is just gorgeous, both are well

Team Tiny Love Hop

Apologises I do not participate in a hop for ages and then bombard you with a number of them all at once. I like to keep on my toes...

This card has been created as part of the Team Tiny Love Hop on YouTube. Team Tiny is a group of like minded people on facebook who have less than 1000 subscribers and want to grow their channel.

In the spirit of Valentine's Day the theme this month is a Love Hop. This is a hashtag driven hop so you search #teamtinylovehop on YouTube to see all participation

Paper Hugs

I feel like spring should be starting to show her little face so thought that the autumn cover plate die could easily be turned into a spring scene in anticipation

ED Blog Hop

So when Candice from Candoodle Creations put out an instagram story asking for people to take part in a YouTube hop for eating disorders awareness week, I jumped at the chance but said that I was not willing to share my personal experience. I guess I feel a little embarrassed by it, that secret gremlin that I battle with on a near daily basis. As time passed a tiny seed that had been planted in my head begun to grow. If I feel like this, how are people expected to find and seek help when their mind really is at breaking point?

Treat Yourself

I am loving circle shaped cards at the moment, they just add a little something and I am not even really sure what it is if I am honest.
I think the die cut Happy Birthday is the perfect accompaniment

Happy Mail

This stamp set from Time For Tea Designs is perfect for the current situation and has been so well thought out. I adore all the little stamps and so decided to create some designer paper using them.

It was a little time consuming but the effect is fabulous

I love looking through my stash and seeing things I have forgotten. I just love this little windmill. I always wanted to live in a windmill when I grow up! Especially one on a hill, not sure why that had to be part of the dream but it was.

Team Tiny Interactive Hop

So this is my first YouTube hop as part of the Team Tiny Group on Facebook. A group for Crafty YouTubers who have less than 1000 subscribers

Todays hop is to involve an interactive card.

I have gone with a very simple and easy interactive card as I often fimd people feel a little intimidated my interactivr cards as they are seen as a lot of hard work.

This one certainly isnt

Special Friend

With the festive season most of my energy had been thrown into making Christmas Cards so I feel a lot of my stash was a little unloved.
I stamped and coloured this fun and cheerful scene while I was watching the news unfold of the earthquakes in Croatia and our rapidly escalating virus numbers. I decided at that moment that this card had to be full of vibrant colours as there is enough grief and anxiety in the world at the moment

Christmas Chaos

Is anyone else a bit pedantic when it comes to dressing their Christmas Tree?
I separate all my baubles out into piles according to their colour and size before I even start.

I can not decide if this little raccoon is doing the same, or if he is the manager. It could be the rest of the work force have scampered as nobody has been ladder trained and so was not competent to put that star on top without supervision....
